So anyone thinking about buying an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 should inform themselves beforehand about which configurations are available to them. HP has limited the choices and explicitly states that there are regional differences between the various models available. Please be aware that not all configurations are available everywhere. According to the specification sheet, the maximum RAM is 16 GB, although this is only the case for the models with Intel Core i7. There are three different CPUs available: the Intel Core i5-7200U, the Intel Core i5-7300U (which is in our test unit) and the Intel Core i7-7600U. HP has only used Kaby Lake Intel processors for this device. It offers a high amount of security features and is the perfect basis for mastering your daily business routine.
